Application Team Foreword:

 

The Application Team is currently run by Vaynth, who works alongside the team’s selected Managers. The tasks of the Application Team are to review Whitelist Applications made by new players, and assist them before and after their acceptance onto the server. AT members are required to spend some of their time on the server in the WS chat to assist applicants, and give them all of the information that they would need to complete and succeed in the application. Additionally, application team members are required to offer in-game mentoring to new players (though it’s a rarity that an applicant accepts the offer).

 

Application Team applicants are reviewed closely when being chosen for an interview by the team lead, and its following Managers. Details that are considered by these members are: how often the applicant is in the WS chat (yes, we can check), what their attitude is like toward other members of the community, their reputation, and what kind of influence they would have on the new members of the community. This means that we will not tolerate rule-breaking, toxic behavior, etc, on the forums, or in game. You are held to a higher standard when on a staff team, as you are representing our team and our community.
