Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska 3491 Share Posted October 31, 2016 It is the goal of all Haensic people to expand and settle the vast Northern Territories, to acquire more land in the name of Haense and God. From Storm’s Sea, to World’s Edge the people of Haense shall rule, bringing the word of God and the qualities of the Kingdom with them. The Northern Western Ordinance of 1583 Decreed by His Majesty, King of Hanseti and Ruska, Andrew of House Barbanov, and his Aulic Council that the lands North and West of Haense's borders fall under claims. Any that dispute these claims are to be dealt with accordingly. This document is absolute. North-Western Ordinance Document -The Kingdom of Haense-Ruska hereby claim the entirety of the Northwestern portion of the Isle of Tahn. -The Kingdom of Haense lays claim to all wilderness without established settlements, these vast swathes of land are hereby dubbed ‘Northmarch’ -Because of the principle on which the Haensic expansion westwards is based, it is the moral duty of strong highlander men, and women to settle the lands found within Northwestern portion of the Isle of Tahn. To grow and toil upon these lands, bringing further prosperity to the Kingdom. -The nature of this manifest destiny is Haensic, and so in turn is highlandic thus the land to be claimed within the Northwestern borders of the the Isle of Tahn shall go to settlers with no less than seventy five percent highlander blood. This term is exempted to settlements already established, it only applies to colonist of Haense wishing to settle uninhabited lands. -The Kingdom of Haense is a land of progress, of universal enfranchisement, all males who possess a majority of highlander blood may stake a claim to this land unfiltered by station, rank or circumstances of birth, at the approval of the Aulic council, or the King himself. -Haense, from the halls of the king’s castle, to the soaring peaks of it’s mountains is permeated with the will of the Creator, it’s manifest destiny is no exception. This gilded expedition westward is to be done in the name of the Creator, acting with impunity, and the utmost regard to teachings of the church. Be they lowborn or aristocrat, a highlander settling with the intent of expanding Haense must be god fearing, and respect, and uphold the faith of the canon. -Bands of colonists that form settlements in their appropriate regions are hereby dubbed ‘Territories’, and if exceeding a certain amount of settlers, they must appoint a Governor of the ‘Territory’ to represent them at Royal Events. -Any foreign settlement currently found in the path of this westward expansion are to either, displace themselves, or be assimilated into the Kingdom of Haense-Ruska, where terms shall be further discussed with the King and his Council. Lands that are claimed by the Kingdom Anno Domini, 1583 Signed, His Majesty the King Andrew II of Hanseti and Ruska, the Ever Loyal Subject of His Imperial Majesty, Grand Prince of the Raev, Duke of Carnatia, Karovia, Krajia, Courland, and Akovia, Marquis of Vanderfell, Count of Siegrad, Ayr, Kavat, Torun, and Kaunas, Lord of St. Karlsburg, Protector of the Highlanders. "His Imperial majesty does not hold the title of King of Haense and the land listed was under our jurisdiction, and what about the fact that the Empire has expanded into lands that itself can't fully occupy such as the orcish lands. "Do not concern yourself with such, every noblemen of the Empire has the right to expand outwards, it is within the rights of the Kingdom of Hanse to lay claim to lands outside the Empire and incorporate then the Kingdom which makes those lands part of the Empire." he gave a smile..
