The Bank of Malin is unable to move these funds to another region due to certain regalations that restrict such large transactions.

 

Your assistance is requested as a non-member of the Bank of Malin to assist the Dominion of Malin, in moving these funds out of Aeldin. If the funds can be transfered to your name, in your foreign account, then you can forward the funds as dircted by the Bank of Malin. In exchange for your acccommmodating services, the Bank of Malin would agree to allow you to retain 10%, or 400,0000 minas of this amount.

 

However, to be a legitimate transferee of these minas according to Malin law, you must presently be a depositor of at least 10,000 minas in the Bnak of Malin. If it will be possible for you to assist us, we would be most grateful. We suggest that you immediately transfer the stated amount to the apprpriate account in order for it to be prosessed.

 

Time if of the essence in this matter; very quickly the Dominion of Malin will realise that the Bank of Malin is maintaining this amount on deposet, and will attempt to levy certain deposetery taxes on it.
