I left that small part private for obvious reasons if that one part invalidates the entirety of this for you then that is on you but I wont be changing it simply because you wish to know who has warnings or not. It's the land that new players are first greeted with when logging in and setting up their characters, we don't want new players to be instantly subjected to strictly-ooc, as that sets a bad example and their first experiences on the server should be involving Roleplay, I liked Athera because of the Tavern Roleplay you got, it was a great feel and I was told by two or three new players how much they enjoyed it. The reason the cloud temple should be strictly OOC is because people have abused the cloud temple's safety in the past. Take Vailor for example, people would RP in the cloud temple to avoid villainy/bad things, especially in RP meetings. In other words, they would purposefully abuse the CT to avoid RP that negatively effects them, that is a big no no. But making the CT STRICTLY OOC is a bad idea altogether, we can put rules in place about this. Instead of ruining a new players first experience. No it isn't, they just need to be told when they first join that the cloud temple is OOC, and that RP happens outside of it. A lot of RP serves do this, and we've done this in the past when the playerbase was more numerous then now. I remember a particular server that shall not be named, where everyone RP'ed in a cloud temple-like spawn because it was safe from villainy. This resulted in a massive player retention because new players couldn't find RP anywhere outside of spawn, they also had a map that was way too large for a server their size and the lack of FT's didn't help either. The system they had also forced everyone to roll and older players had +1-8 points in their rolls, it was a terrible system and only bred special snowflakes. The incompetent admins didn't help the situation either since they were so lazy that they kept the Christmas theme on their forums up for two years straight.
