Just write some info about it that the pictures don't detail. Throw in some green pros and some red cons along with a few redlines and you should be good.

Only thing I can see this used in rp / or used at all is like the Dwarven Rune cannon: In events and in Sieges as an offensive or defensive artillerypiece.

There is no way you can get a portable t5 spell cannon haha. Medeusculors were accepted because they don't have ammo and are used just like a staff in terms of preparation. If you don't need mages to use t5 spell cannons then its to OP/not a medeusculor. GL though the art is superb.

Its  stuck to a wall though. So its not portable..

Idk, i could see it being used on Dread knights(or other spooks of the same size) or maybe even a medium sized group of enemies IRP.

I want to remind you that atronach forging can create things that require one or no people manning it and have the power of two master wizards. Not to mention Goliaths move on their own. This is just a giant medeusculor on wheels (if wheels at all, the idea might just be for them to be wall mounts if anything). This is entirely within the realm of possibility and I'd even go on to say they'd probably be inferior to Goliaths which are already existent IC afaik.

 

EDIT: And for the uninformed, enchanted medeusculors have been accepted, as there's nothing IC barring them from being possible, like enchanting wands. They just need approval from Phil or swgrclan.
