Looking for a Plugin

Back at or before the Fringe there was a fishing plugin that I have been trying to find. It allowed you to fish different kinds of fish up like the Hag Fish and Dog Fish in different biomes, then cook them to gain different effects.

 

I've come to think this  was a custom plugin, and if any of the Mods that remembers such if it was possible to tell me where to find it or how to obtain it.
