Formation Of The Brigade

The Savinian Brigade was formed in the Barony of Savinia, by Allaudin de Savin in order to protect Savinia and it’s people. However after the disappearance of Allaudin and the takeover of Savinia, his Grace, Abdes de Savin tasked him with purging the corrupt leadership of the Brigade, this would lead to turmoil in the Brigade and its temporary dissolution . The Brigade is now serving the Duchy of Savinia, under the Kingdom of Courland. It’s task is to protect the people of the realm. Last but not least, the brave men of the Brigade are usually tasked with the creation of roads, and other minor buildings around Savinia and  Courland     

 

Chain Of Command

                                                                      

Field Marshal

The most senior officer in the whole Brigade, only reports to the Duke Himself. He has final say over all actions done by the Brigade. He will usually take command through his subordinate Officers. The Field Marshal is receiving the amount of 275 minas per year.

 

Commandant

Second only to the Field Marshal reporting to him only. He is the right hand man of the Field Marshal usually conducting trainings with subordinate ranks and managing day to day business. The Commandant is receiving the amount of 250 minas per year.

 

Adjutant

usually referred to as third in command usually in charge of the logistics of the Brigade and leading the Brigade into battle if the Field Marshal and the Commandant are incapacitated. He works jointly with the Lieutenant. The Adjutant is receiving the amount of 225 minas per year.

 

Lieutenant

The most junior officer usually conducting trainings with the Commandant managing the soldiers supplies with the adjutant and usually deploying main battle plans on the field. The Lieutenant is receiving the total amount of 200 minas per year.

                                                           Enlisted

 

Republican Guard

Considered the most experience Enlisted men in the Brigade they are charged with the protection of the Field Marshal and the Duke when they are present on the field, they are usually the most loyal to the Brigade willing to give their life at any time to ensure the survival of Savinia. In the absence of Officer they will be tasked with taking temporary command of the Brigade. The Republican Guard is receiving the total amount of 175 minas per year.

 

Sergeant

Sergeants are veterans of the Brigade fighting more than once with the Brigade and proving their loyalty and resilience. They have showed their combat skills through training and raids. They are usually equipped with a spear, or a sword and a tower shield. The Sergeant is receiving the total amount of 150 minas per year.

 

Man-At-Arms

Men-At-Arms are the core of the Brigade. They have proven their skills and loyalty to the Duchy and the Duke himself. They eager to defend their people and participate in various raids and battles. The Man-At-Arms is receiving the total amount of 125 minas per year.

 

Footman

Footmen are the fresh recruits of the Brigade. Their skills and loyalty will be tested through hard labour and training, if they show themselves truly loyal and experienced they will have the chance to advance to the next rank of Man-At-Arms. The Footman is receiving the total amount of 100 minas per year.
