If you have a problem with me doing this you can bring it up with availer. I left the dwarfs due to us fading and now Im bringing us back. If you don;t want my service than fine but GM's are building the capitals. You won't b. ( Directed at sand. ) Any other suggests would be appreciated and no the castle won't be over a lava moat it will be suspended over a cavern. Also yes the hall will be stalagmites covering. ( Or main design point. )

I never said I wanted to build the capital, All I am saying is that somehow a halfing is leading the dwarves back to being dwarves, what sense does that make?

Well considering there are no dwarf GM's, Brian would be the best for the job as he was once a dwarf.

My suggestions adding to the ones that are already posted. (Most may be minor suggestions.)

- (Minor?) Mushroom farm perhaps? (Since well dwarves won't go to the surface often our main diet should consist of mushrooms and meat.)

- (Minor.)Secret Entrances along the mountain so we can hunt for animals and use them for other purposes as well.

- (Major)An Arena (Of course I'm pretty sure that's already suggested.

- (Major)A Dwarven Library (Who said dwarves can't write. :P)

- (Major)A temple of course this may have been suggested. ( I have a lore that can fit this already if you wish to have it.)( Which can turn rather interesting in the future.)

- (Minor?) An Archive ( This is basically a record of all dwarves living in the city this will be really interesting opening jobs for those who wish to have the daunting task of keeping things organized and up to date.)

-(Minor) A Blacksmith hall ( a sort of market / noble blacksmith homes, this place would be next to the Mining halls.

-(Minor) Canal system ( this definitely does not need to be implemented but can make things realistic in case of rain falls in our city.)

-(Comedic purpose) A beardmens club ( A sort of club to show off our beards amongst and detail a fine art in the caring of our beards.)

Most of the things are pretty much suggested, I will try to find something that is not. Let's make our home a proud home.

Edit: Also I believe we should be able to at least go to the surface to collect wood and such under Contracts of course that allow us to go without being persecuted.

Well, the 1.8 update brought that if your almost at bedrock you wont see much, that could be very cool and confinient or it could be very stupid, for farms or halls very low in ground.

Are there things or people needed ta build the new capital, or just needing ideas, cause fer many dwarfs it could be an amazing experience, but I understand many dwarves want ta help and that could be annoying

Its ideas now and we can even build ideas in our kingdom now

I think that the desecration should have a case trees (like 4?) That in the lore the elves planted there as shift of good will. Just an idea though.

Just an idea I had involving the lower housing district and shrooms. Since the poor dwarves live there, it should be slum-ish and have tons of shrooms growing everywhere. There should also be giant shrooms dotted around the cave, as it would add more complexion to the caves instead of row after row of houses. It should also be dimly lit, making it look like an extremely poor district that can't even afford good lighting. That would also increase the spread of shrooms. Basically, the lower housing district will be the extremely cheapo district that only poor dwarves will live in and everybody else will stay away from it due to shrooms over-running the place.

Along with the whole shroom idea, we should have giant shroom farms, but I don't think that will happen as willie hates the idea XD

Brian you should not have posted this. I know basically everyone knows about the new world. Making it seem more realistic of whats going to happen, plus giving out that nothing will be copy and pasted. But just the fact that a lot of people are giving up on role play now. Its not going to be for about two months, thats a long time. I do not want it to be two months of people giving up, or not wanting to add anything because it will be destroyed soon...

I never said nothing would be copied and pasted, where did you get that? Also not rping? You characters have no knowledge at all. Nothing will change for at least a month and nothing is final. This is just for ideas.

I don't like the big shroom ideas because they look horrendous, also even though notch limited mushroom growth, we all know they will still spread everywhere and be very annoying.

Make sure that the new capital includes:

At least one main wall

A Keep

A shop Area

Minimum Home support

Wheat/Tree Farm

Mine

Anything else, in reality we can improve on later after the map is up. The main thing that you guys that are going to be building the map and should spend most of your time doing, is getting the look of the actual cave right and proper, because without that, will end up having to change more and more of it.

These we can add on later after it is up

----------

Poor Housing

Medium Housing

Large Housing

This is set in stone as availer said in his post and if there is a tree farm skaenye it will be small. We need more rp trade.
