Tomes are found here and there, each oddly bound to their locations - unable to leave their vicinities. Should one open one of these many books, they would notice that a majority of the pages beyond the first few pages are blank; now, looking at the first few pages of these odd volumes, it would read:

 

“To those who find themselves reading this book and are attuned with the void, I have discovered the ability to forge spells -- spells unlike those within the branches of voidal magics, or perhaps very similar to them -- and put them onto items. This creation-- this feat-- is something too good to keep to myself, so I invite you all to take a piece of parchment, along with the item you wish for a spell to be imbued on, and slide it between some of the blank pages. Now, I know that this sounds baffling, and believe me, I would as well -- but I ask you to reconsider, and try. What’s the worst that can happen if this proves to be false? Losing a piece of paper and an item? Maybe a little bit of irrelevant time.”

 

“Also note, some of your requests might be too much, and worry not! If it is, I will send something to you, along with your item, if you so wish. Also, some of you might just get your items back, with no response. I do have the right to deny whoever if the work is too much.  Now, here is the format for your Spell Request:

The Spell you would like to be made: When the Ferrum tip of the stave makes contact with skin, an electrostatic charge begins to build in the users body. If the user were in a very short range ((probably no more then 10cm)) of a conducting surface, such as another person, the buildup would discharge, resulting in a minor shock.

The Spell you would like to be made: For liquid fire to spill from the item, activated once one holds the spelled item and connects to the void and mutters a certain phrase, phrase be "I smell ire.". The action of using this item is to be painful, as hopefully, the pulling of mana into it could be made somewhat painful? This item is not to be used with ease.

The more or less liquid flames that pour do not jut forth, they drip from it, making the flinging of said fire rather difficult, ideally taking a few minutes to imbue the item with mana before activating. While I make of understand that all of this might not be possible, I hope it work, torvarisch. If man wants more details, ask.

The Item (Put it between the book!): An old, aged necklace of a silvery-bronze metal, decorated with symbols and old writings.
