broken banners

I have noticed that you can not design banners now for quite some time....is this going to be fixed? and when will it?

I dono who to ask and if there is maby a new way to put something on banners...

Any information on this will be very helpful

 

ill put someone i think who is a dev so they can see this maby they might give a answer? idk im just crossing my fingers
