GDPR 014 23 Share Posted August 11, 2017 Fair enough. I'd allow someone who actually practiced the magic to be able to enchant it's effects as well. If you can't cast the spell normally then you shouldn't be able to put that spell into an object. If no one in the process can cast it, it shouldn't be enchantable. That's my opinion.
