[!] Posts can be seen hanged all over the major cities. It reads:

 

“There have been multiple incidents of everyday folk falling victim to the same illusion- the sudden and extreme onset fatigue brought on by a common event. Many of these victims have been saved before the caster’s magic could fully take effect. These isolated incidents are too abnormal to be passed off as simple coincidences, and seem to be caused by the same mage. In light of this, we are requesting that other victims of that magic who have not been made known- to step forward and respond to our call of care and worry for the general population of Axios.”

Here's what I mean:

 

 

There have been multiple incidents of magic. A lying and deceitful dark elf is using magical music via a flute-like instrument, to make people fall asleep. We do not know WHAT he intends to do with victims after they fall into slumber- but due to past dealings with this mage: We can only assume the intentions are vile. This is a post calling out for victims who remember what happened, and those who have been saved before they could fully succumb to the Musically Maniacal effects.

 

You are to step forward to use the appropriate RP method to contact us.

 

Also, if you or any of his friends are reading this- We have worded it so specifically that it's not possible for you to know that it's him. So I think RPly acting towards this might be meta! Y'know, since maybe half the server uses magic and there might be some people who can do the same thing.

(You'd have to check with a gm about the metagaming. :>)

With approval of their partner, the mysterious writers replied.

 

"I am grateful you have captured him, if you do not plan to further discipline him- we would like to enact our justice on Ikail Runebrooke in San Adriaan. I did not previously mention his name, in fear the scoundrel might evade justice as he did his fines."
