Great Nations stand, and an old Guild is rekindling it's dwindling flame. The Guild of Vindex. This Guild was among the oldest, it was a guild of power, and peace. The Guild of Vindex existed during the dawn of the Human race, where war between the Humans, the Orcs, the Elves and the Dwarfs was constant. The Guild of Vindex was created by a Dwarf named Gorock, Gorock named the Guild Vindex, meaning Avenger. Gorock wanted to create this society in order to keep peace between the nations. In order to create this powerful Guild, Gorock needed a military to protect his city and become more powerful than The Four Nations Combined. Gorock made a military of elite soldiers and created ingenious tactics of war. Gorock then brought the leaders of The Four Nations to Central Aegis to discuss the wars and call for peace. When the leaders of the Nations came to the Central Aegis, Gorock was denied his call for peace. However, Gorock did not want to be denied. Gorock called his Vindexian soldiers to assemble on the battlefield between the nations at war. The Four Nations were stunned at the power of the Vindexian Military. However, The Four Nations were not going to lose to a mere peacekeeper; The Four Nations sent a wave of soldiers at the Vindexian Military. The Vindexians killed the soldiers as if it was child's play. Speechless and trembling at the sheer power of the Vindexian Military, The Four Nations surrendered to Guild of Vindex and submitted to peace. After the surrender of the Four Nations, the Guild of Vindex called forward the diplomats of the all the nations to the capital of the Vindexians, Vindex. The Nations discussed political issues, problems and disputes. These meetings continued each month for the next 300 hundred years. However, the Vindexian Guild fell when their great leader Gorock died. Gorock was entombed in a great shrine in the Center of Vindex, however the city now lays in ruins and all that remains is the shrine.

Concerning this once great Guild, records were found describing its People, Government and Military.

Colors of The Vindexian Military are, Gold, Black, White and Red.

Vindexian Electing and Appointing System

Elections

The only time the electing system is used is for electing a guardian or a protector.

A guardian can be elected only when there is a position is available or needed.

A Protector can be elected when the previous Protector is either impeached, gives up his position or suffers an eternal death.

Bureaucrats cannot vote.

Voting Uses a System of Battalion and Legion Voting consists of either a yes or no vote. The vote must have 65% in favor of the candidate for the candidate to become a Guardian. The Candidate must be the rank of Lord or Ambassador in order to run for the Guardian position. In order to run for the protector position the Candidate must be a Guardian. Multiple candidates may run for each position, however if there is only one position available the candidates must have 65% votes in their favor and the candidate with the higher percentage of favored votes wins. If a tie is between any of the candidates the Protector, then and only then can choose whom to elect. If the protector is deceased then a bureaucrat is chosen to cast a deciding vote. This is the only time that a Bureaucrat may vote.

The System of Brigade and Battalion voting performs by each Templar can cast a vote, these votes go to the Lord of each Brigade of Templars, The Lord casts either a Yes vote or a No vote determined by what the majority of the Templar votes in their Brigade. The Lords then cast their votes to their Battalion Guardian, The Battalion Guardians then cast either a Yes or No vote determined by the majority of Lord votes in their Battalion. The Ambassadors also may vote either Yes or No. All of the votes from the Guardians and the Ambassadors are tallied and if 65% of the votes are in favor of the candidate, the candidate becomes a guardian. This same process also occurs in Protector elections.

All Members of the Guild of Vindex from the rank of Lord to Protector can be impeached.

Appointing

The only political figures that can be appointed are the Bureaucrats. The Protector can choose and citizen and appoint them to a position, the appointed citizen can either decline or accept.

Conference of The Guardians

Every week all Guardians, Bureaucrats and The Protector must meet and discuss issues, laws and problems within the Vindexian Guild and the state of other Nations. The Conference of Guardians also has the power to institute and pass laws.

Institution/Passing of Laws

A bill must Originate in the Conference of Guardians. Once the bill is put forward, it will be discussed, debated and voted on. Each Guardian and the protector having one vote, either declining or accepting the bill. In order for the bill to become law, it must receive a majority vote in favor of bill. If this happens, the bill becomes law at the next Conference of the Guardians.

Conference of Nations

If possible, each month Vindexian Society must organize meetings where all leaders of the Nations attend, and discuss issues and problems between nations. For transportation, Vindexian Ambassadors will Escort the leaders of the nations from the city where the Leaders are living to Vindex.

Vindexian Military

Brigade and Battalion Organization

A Lord controls a Brigade. A Brigade consists of 10 Templars.

A Guardian controls a Battalion. A Battalion Consists of 3 Brigades. A Guardian also must attend the Conference of the Guardians each week and the Conference of Nations each month.

An Ambassador can assume control of a Lord and his Brigade only in the time of a war and a crisis. Every week an Ambassador must make a status report on the city where their Vindexian Embassy is being kept.

A Bureaucrat can never control any part of the military.

A Protector controls all Legions Battalions Lords and Guardians. The Protector must attend the Conference of the Guardians each week and the Conference of Nations each month.

Ranking

Any Member of the Guild of Vindex can Rank. To become a Lord a Templar must be chosen by a Lord, Ambassador, Guardian or Protector to become a Lord, the Templar can either accept or decline. If the Templar accepts The Guardians can then cast their vote on whether there is a need for another Lord or if Templar is fit to become a Lord or not. This vote does not need to go through the election process. If the majority of Guardians vote for the Templar to become a Lord, the Templar then becomes a Lord.

For a Lord to become an Ambassador, the Lord must approach his Guardian and ask to become an ambassador. If the Guardian thinks there is a need for another Ambassador and if the Lord is fit to become an Ambassador, the Guardian can bring the issue to the other Guardians and vote on whether the Lord should become an Ambassador. If the majority of the Guardians vote for the Lord to become an Ambassador, the Lord becomes an Ambassador.

Vindexian People

The Guild of Vindex consists of all the races- Orc, Elf, Human and Dwarf. However a to become a Member of The Guild of Vindex one must become pure. In doing so, one must offer his soul to the Flame of Purity. When offering their soul to the flame, one must offer soul sand . When a person makes contact with soul sand, thier soul is absorbed into it, and in throwing the soul sand over the flame, the flames purifies the sand and the soul into it's most perfect state. But in doing so the flames burn out all the impurities of the soul and destroy the body of the one making the offering. When the person is reborn, their soul is pure, and the person now is a Pure Vindexian, however the Body of their impure soul remains, but with the blood-red tint of impurities within their eyes.

I am currently trying to make a lot of Minas by killing evil mobs, I may start making homes and selling them, but I really really really need your help. As you can see I have already written up everything that needs to be written in order to create a Guild. Basically what I am saying is I NEED DONATIONS!!!!!! ((It's probably not you, Its just all of the nations are being slow and there is nothing going on, the elven military is literally doing NOTHING along with their diplomats. The only thing going on in the Elven community is the theatre. With this nation i set up a government and a military that allows for people to actually do something.))

Akeron, remember I have done all of this in 2 days, and I am just starting out, I already have the ideas for a government and a military formed. Each being very specific in details. There isn't much in the way of lore and sub-races like your nation idea, because the nation I propose is a mix of races, a military nation and the idea has been up only for a little while., I still am adding ideas to a word document. So far I have written all of the laws that I could think of, but I haven't posted them, because I have been writing them down in paper while I am in school and typing that all up is a tedious job.
