Edit: To add, my role also requires that I remain impartial and as I described in my address this month I must stay reserved from active staff dynamics. Since this also means I cannot roleplay, this leaves me little reason to log into the game-server.

But as chairman, shouldn't you know if the communities like new developments on the server? What does your role imply, specifically speaking?

I have folks to help me with that (in theory, you! through your director), handling feedback and chatting with players is a general responsibility of the staff, and Wrynn, our community administrator, keeps the team up to date with the latest happenings.
