Notice issued and confirmed on this day, the 11th of Sun’s Smile, 1637, at the request of the Arch-Runelord and The Council of Arcadia.

 

Attention citizenry of The Citadel!

 

For those who may not have been made aware of the news, approximately one stone day ago several ranking members of the group known as Khaz’Ulrah managed to make their way into The Citadel itself.  Having examined the wards and doorways we believe we have ascertained their means of entry and subsequently sealed it. It is important to note that though they only managed to damage several windows and steal a few small pieces of furniture or art, the security of The Citadel has been brought into question. With this in mind, the following measures are to be taken by order of The Council to ensure further seclusion and safety.

 

• All citizens or common guests having keys to access any entryways within The Citadel shall be formally logged in the records of The Council.

  • All existing locks will be changed more frequently so as to maintain a secure grasp on the existing list of citizenry with access.

• The creation of portals into or out of The Citadel will officially be barred until further notice.

  • This will include closet portals.

 

• Any and all Frostbeards or members of the group known as Khaz’Ulrah in general shall be barred from entry to The Citadel unless special permission is given by The Council.

  • Known associates of this group will be contacted in the near future for questioning and further action regarding their persons.
