We, of the Thorned crown do issue the following ultimatum. Your current course of action is in violation of the Norlandic code.Your actions in attempting to separate from the Kingdom of Norland and establish your own petty realm are tantamount to sedition. We communicate, with the utmost clarity. Any persistence upon this course will be defined as an act of open rebellion. The House of Silversteed has been a legal and loyal vassal of the House of Rurik since the times of Seahelm. Your oaths of fealty were taken to the late Thomas Rurik, where you bound the house of Silversteed to the House of Rurik. Together the men of White and Black stood with the men of Red and Black, through the storms, the sun and the hail. Yet it is only now that you betray your homeland in pursuit of your own foul ambitions. A man fleeing from a realm that has held him dear and cherished him for so long. In this vein we convey our most sincere disappointment, and our sincere sadness. It pains the crown to see an old friend of the family entangled in such a web. We of Rurik, thought the men of the Silver horse were made of sterner stuff. Pleasantries aside, you have a single saints day to make your intentions known. Should you fail to respond or respond in the negative, then we will consider this as the beginning of the war between the Kingdom of Norland and the rebellious realm of Avalon.

All you seek is to impose a tyrannical rule upon a free people. How Norland has fallen so low, that Jory is willing to kill other Niorlanders, other All Father followers, in order to prove how strong they are under Renatus. Arthas would grab the note musing "Norland oaths have always been to the throne and to the House of the Burning Tree. This statement is silly. Furthermore every Rurik ever has been a bastard with the exception of Artyom's issue. To be a Rurik is to be a male descendant of Thoromir."

Reads the ultimatum, nodding to himself, realizing now that as neutral as he tries to stay, he will stand with the Rurik should bloodshed become a necessity. He raises his enchanted whistle to his lips, whispering into it. Assuming he and Avalon are both present in Evermoore, Avalon would hear the words: "As your advisor, Ahryn, I strongly recommend starting work on the reconstruction of the bond between Silversteed and Rurik. Immediately."

I Avalon Silversteed, Lord of House Silversteed, challenge you to a fight to the death. Plate Armor which shall come from a neutral source and shall be identical in make. Each will be provided with a Long sword, crafted in the same place as the armor. No Magic shall be permitted within the Arena, and the Arena shall be of flat stone. No tricks, no gimics, no cheats. I challenge you in front of Gods and Men. The All Father will deem the victor worthy of his blessing, and therefore, no champion may be called in your place. If I Avalon Silversteed, win this duel, House Ruric, and the people of Norland shall swear an oath to nae strike against Arbor ever again. If Jory Ash, you win, upon my death I decree that House Silversteed will disband. Arbor will dissolve entirely, and the people of Arbor shall scatter to the winds. I ask Arthas Ruric to watch this duel, and keep the peace no matter the victor, for it is the All Father that shall decide. If the All Father truly is by your side, then you shall face me. If you are half the man you say you are, then you shall fight me.
