NotEvilAtAll 10906 Share Posted April 27, 2018 Spoiler When you enter the halfling village of Dunshire, things seem different. The air smells funny, as if it's clogged with something. The locals seem wary, or at least more wary than is normal. Why does it rain when there had been sunshine? Why are there bloodstains in the Drunken Duck Tavern? It's hard to define it, or describe it to someone who hasn't been there yet, but something just feels wrong. Why are there so many graves? Why do so many lie unidentified? ...and why do all the graves look recent? Where did Big Bess II the cow go? Why does the tavern lie silent without her slow mooing? Why do the children huddle with blankets at night, muttering about bandits, thieves, and slaughter? Why is it this way? What happened to things being the way they used to be? These questions ring in your head as you walk about Dunshire, and you don't expect to get an answer anytime soon. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
