This criminal has been marked for imprisonment and execution for his crimes against descendant-kind. These include pillaging, murder, slavery, torture, treason and various other crimes that litter against this brigand leaders name. A bounty has been issued upon his head for his capture, or if all else fails, his execution.

 

Description -

The criminal is affiliated with his own group called the 'Bloodied Brigands' who have been rumored to run rampart within the Wild Lands of Atlas. Burning settlements that cannot withstand their might and pillaging their crops, armories and women. As of recent, only the aftermath of his actions are seen. He has not been spotted in quite some time but there are whispers of him re-surging and establishing a haven for his own group and others that wish to join it.

 

Randolf has been suspected to be of either Dwarven and/or Human descent, a stocky man who wields a large hammer that is akin to that of a Blacksmith's. He is escorted by normally five or so personal guards when going out pillaging. Otherwise his force is rumored to have 50~ members, though the abilities and gear of them are unknown.

 

He is also rumored to be known for his brutal execution method, which is using an improvised guillotine replaced with a dangling anvil to shatter the heads of those who he captures. It is apparently in accordance to how he lost his toes, but that is for speculation.

Threat -

High. The dangers of killing the head of an established brigand group will require either careful planning, or brute force. The difficulty of the task may fluctuate upon his sighting and a proper establishment of his true capabilities.

 

Reward -

4000 minas upon capture (alive), 500 minas if dead. Head or captured prisoner must be presented to the Green Paw Member, then payment shall be made.

 

This notice will be updated with details when sightings become apparent and information is found out about this brigand.

 

Extreme caution to those who live within the Wild Lands of Atlas, outside the protection of cities. The Bloodied Brigands make their rounds against those who seem lonely and cannot defend themselves.
