So I had a recent incident which I find complete bull crap, I had a group of guys turn their backs on me and I RP ran from the situation. Now yeah there is a rule that you can down someone if they run from RP, HOWEVER, these guys would have had no Knowledge of me fleeing the scenario. call it what you want but in my eyes that is fail RP and the server needs a Rule overhaul.

now let me add on by saying, that if I turn my back on you in RP and you flee, I'm not going to turn around and immediately hit you if you RP the running due to the fact that I would have no Knowledge in character that you fled.

No. If you run from roleplay the party has full rights to down you to continue roleplay.

If you run MCly after emoting without giving them a chance to type or respond then they can down you. I'm sure you wouldn't like it if people didn't give you a chance to type. Also, if someone is running behind my back I'd most likely hear it unless there was some other loud noise pollution.
