             Kotturik'Braduk returned from a 'friendly discussion' with members of her clan. She was disgruntled, how could a clan divided amongst itself hope to stay strengthened during worse times, this was the best thing for a divided clan. The Braduk Wargoth looked at her faithful rhino, before nodding and grabbing her ink utensil. And thus the proclamation was born. Braduk Clan was dissolving  into a civil war, each side claiming to be upholding the mighty Kahn's morals.

 

             "Braduk klan iz ufficali puulin' uut of da klan warz. Wi am guin' neuutral. Ani uruk of mi klan fuund klompin' un eeth'r zide wyll bi flay'd in da Braduk way uf punizhmentz.              Kotturik'Braduk tapped the remaining ink off of her utensil, setting it aside and letting the infamous ink dry. She stamped it and pinned it through the Iron Uzg. A copy was sent out to each clan, it seems the female Wargoth put her foot down on this issue. This was the solution, to regain and strength the internal bonds of the clan, and thus strengthening its members should more grave issues arise. She would pull up her trusty tool, and resume work on expanding the clan hall. Time spent in neutrality meant that the clan was to focus on things of itself, like creating new and dank culture. She'd heard about a few ideas, which she entrusted to their creators to ensure that they came to pass. It seems that Braduk clan was going to reveal new parts of their culture soon. The gates will be left down, and the boiling oil will circulate until the clan wars are over.

             ANY ORC WHO IS KNOWN TO BE A BRADUK, IF FOUND OUT, WILL BE FLAYED IN THE BRADUK WAY, DEPENDING ON THE SEVERITY. During the fights, we will be using /status recording and watching up above, away from the battles. (I'm looking at you Duk, you're pretty much the only purple orc.)

             Translation: "Braduk clan is officially pulling out of the clan wars. We are going neutral, any uruk of my clan found klomping on either side will be flayed in the Braduk way of punishments. Braduk is officially sided with no-one; however, each Braduk uruk may root and cheer for their favored side from the sidelines; however, they may not assist either side in any way. Such as: supplying weapons, materials, or anything that would give an advantage.

Shakul'Gorkil, upon acquiring the proclamation, brings it into his calloused, dark red hand and looks it over, grumbling. He'd then shake his head, muttering a curse or two before crumpling it up in his hand and, after going through all the appropriate steps, drawing upon the fire from a nearby torch and burning it in his hand, his brow immensely furrowed "Bradukz hav ulweyz bihn alliyz tu dah Gorkilz. Id peepz dat am chaynjin'." He'd then spill the ashes onto a cast of a blade he was forging. "Diz azh'll bi zpezhul." he'd then comment about the blade, pouring the molten metal into the cast as he continued to forge arms for his clan.

Duk'Braduk shakes his head and spits in the sand. A deep scowl spreading across his visage once he hears the news of this neutrality. "Wub da zkah iz diz akt uv kowardiz?  Mi wyll nub stand on da zydliynez whiyl mi bruddaz iz klompin tu rid da nayzhun uv dizhonur agh  weyknezz. Word spread quickly through the camp, and it had arrived to Glottguts ears first. At first, he was relieved, but then disgusted. Why avoid fighting? Especially when they had come so close last time. But after deliberation with the other Raguks, he had come to a conclusion and set Zrarly to work on writing a response:

 

Wargoth Glottgut, of Clan Raguk, recognizes Clan Braduk's neutrality, and thus The Vanguard will not harm any Braduks. However, we will not stop any Braduks from fighting alongside us. Remember, though, that you dishonor your brothers in arms. This is a war against weakness, against dishonor. Stand and fight, or forever be known as a dishonorable skah.
