Declaration of Vassalization and Relocation

Let this declaration be known by those who inhabit the realm that I, Valencia Mournstone, Lady-Matriarch of the House of Mournstone, and the House of Mournstone itself hereby officially sever all ties to the people of Earldom of Nordengrad, as well as those who choose to ally with them. As such, the House of Mournstone also makes the decision to relocate itself away from the aforementioned Earldom of Nordengrad, and relocates it’s bloodline to the Dual-Kingdoms of Hanseti and Ruska (further referred to as The Kingdom of Haense).

 

Let it also be known that in doing so, the House of Mournstone has pledged it’s loyalty and service to the House of Ruthern, becoming a vassal of the aforementioned noble house, as well as bending the knee to the King of Haense, Robert Barbanov, thus swearing the bloodline of Mournstone, to both the House of Barbanov and the Kingdom of Haense.
