Blessed citizenry of Fi’halen:

 

It is the pleasure of the Department of National Ethics and Purity to announce the rebirth of legislation debates. With the reconstruction of our society and peoples, we must once more tread the path of our forefathers via the purification of our nation and enlightenment of our individual selves. The first two legislation debates, to be initiated in 19[NINETEEN – TELU’MOIEL] Elven hours ((6:00 PM EST, 11/18/18)) are as follows:

 

DEBATE ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PHYSICAL PURITY REGULATIONS

 

ENTAILING:

The passing of a national ban on the wearing of gold [ACAL] metals in direct contact with the skin. 

The passing of a national ban on the piercing of the body without verifiable medical prescriptions, or for reasons aesthetic.

The passing of a national ban on the dyeing of hair to those exhibited by impure Mali’aheral for reasons aesthetic within the Enclave.

The passing of a national ban on the coupling between or other unnecessarily intimate relations of a pure-blooded Mali’aheral with any uncertified or uncertifiable Mali’aheral, Mali of lower distinction, or races not of Malin’s flock.

The passing of national legislation, conventions, mandates and otherwise on the proper donning of robes, armor, and other accoutrements.

 

DEBATE ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PURITY CERTIFICATION LAWS

 

ENTAILING:

The passing of national legislation, conventions, mandates and otherwise on the re-implementation of the Purity Trials for those with blood and mind deemed impure.

The passing of national legislation, conventions, mandates and otherwise on the grandfathering-in of current citizenry deemed pure by the Silver Council.

The passing of national legislation, conventions, mandates and otherwise on the grounds in which new entrants and citizenry may be deemed pure.

The passing of a national ban on those of ill mind and body from the premises of the ENCLAVE OF FI’HALEN until deemed worthy by the Silver Council.

The recently ascended Maheral tapped a dry quill against the parchment he had been delivered by one of his Tilruiran. After a swift scan of its content, he sent the Tilruir off with a copy of the old Haelunorian Silver Law to Mister Pern’sew, a small note attached to the documents.
