This is a poster from an eager scholar that wishes to learn the intricacies of magic.

I would greatly wish to learn under a mage accomplished is Arcasnism, Mental Magic, or Transfiguration.

 The Arcanist looked on the poster momentarily as he then moved away, folding up the poster and tucks it within his various robes and armnaments. He then notes the signage at the bottom after returning home in his hovel in the deep southern yatl wasteland, bringing his cloak up to his mouth and coughed for the moment before penning a letter to the prospective acolyte.
