Freja won't work!

I’m having an issue with having my Alt account whitelisted. It has already been accepted and I've played on it already- I have items to prove it. When I try to whitelist my alt it says ‘Forum account isn't linked to main.’ So I try that and the Freja doesn’t work- it says Please use the forum account you applied to LOTC with. Well, that’s the account I used I have screenshots and everything. It’s just frustrating and nobody is helping really.

I was Dulcina Chase and just wanted to get on my other alt characters? I don’t know I was on my main Dinochann

Yeah I see the problem. It’s because you joined in 2017 but only applied for whitelist in 2019.

First of all why is that?

Second of all I can fix this if you’re online just PM Awe.

I think it’s because In 2017 I was planning to join but ended up changing my mind : _ : it’s weird
