The Commemoration of 1718

6th of Godfrey's Triumph, 1718

The war against the Pretender, Joey, looms perpetually over the Imperium Renatum. Through the siege of Helena did the people of the Imperium show their might, alongside the multitude of battles, triumphed against the pretender’s forces. Nonetheless, the war has taken its toll upon our empire through the lives it has reaped. Through blood and sword does our might prevail, and for it, we have sacrificed the lives of noble men and women of the Imperium. Now, within this violent storm, comes the time of commemoration of wartime sacrifices.

The High Pontiff, Siegmund I, invites the people of the Imperium to this Commemoration of 1718. Mass shall be held by his Holiness, followed by a feast between comrades, within the dining halls of the Rubrummagnus. On this day, turn away from the thought of decrepit Rebels and unto the mourning of brethren lost.
