DECLARATION OF REGENCY

Issued and Confirmed by the Lord Palatine Prince Georg Stanimar

 

10th of Tobias’ Bounty, 1719

Va Birodeo Herzenav e Edlervik,

 

Upon the death of His Late Majesty, King Marius II, by convention the jurisdiction of the realm shall be devolved unto the Lord Palatine. Furthermore, the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska shall hereby be subject to the regency of the Lord Palatine, His Highness, Prince Georg Stanimar of the House of Barbanov-Alimar, who shall act as Lord Regent and Protector of the Highlanders. The Lord Regent shall exercise the royal prerogative and maintain the authority and integrity of the Crown until the heir, His Majesty, Andrik III Lothar, comes of age in accordance to the decrees and bylaws of succession when the age of fourteen, otherwise known as the age of reason, is attained by the aforementioned.

 

The Royal House of Barbanov-Alimar hereby affixes its writ of approval, entrusting and charging those whose oaths are bound in perpetuity to serve and govern the kingdom in accordance to their station.
