TREATY OF AVALAIN, 1726

WE, the Esteemed Peer of the Realm, King Pierce of the House of Devereux, and Duke Sergius of the House of Merentel, do hereby declare the following before the eyes of God and men:

• The Kingdom of Curonia hereby recognizes Sergius of the House of Merentel as the rightful ruler of the Duchy of Vintas and Patriarch of the House of Merentel.

• The Kingdom of Curonia hereby recognizes Sergius of the House of Merentel as the holder of the title of BARON OF HALLOWFELL, to be held as titular in perpetuity by House of Merentel.

• The Duchy of Vintas hereby recognizes Pierce of the House of Devereux as the rightful ruler of the Kingdom of Curonia and Patriarch of the House of Devereux.

• The Kingdom of Curonia and the Duchy of Vintas hereby agree to a free trade and circulation of people agreement, keeping the existing and good relations of cooperation between these two states of the Holy Orenian Empire.
