Perhaps it was our time to go.. creatures of madness and nothingness found their way to our, OUR home! What did we do? We took to to them, killing hundreds of monsters with out blades held high Grief took us on, making us realize our mistake in walking into his home We fought... and fought... and fought Grief was too strong for us. It was apparent ….. Cinder came to us It brought a machine... a cannon We fired the cannon at Grief, and it was working but he kept it back The island was being torn apart, slowly but surely Someone needed to take hold of the cannon... stay behind ….. Five of us.. Five of us stayed behind Aldith, Sigil, Gorgim, Tharik, Zubayr They were the real heroes The rest of us ran through the portal- home Though, it wasn’t over Grief was still living! ….. He was going to fin after all.. Wasn’t he? No.. No NO! We won’t let him! We won’t fall to him! ….. A cannon fired once more, at the blood red sky Grief was taken by his master, trapped in the void, again The tear fell, destroyed A crater was left.. that’s all We won? Didn’t we? He would pause for a moment before letting out a loud cough as he moved the paper to cover his mouth; blood spitting upon the paper as it became stained. His eyes once more fixed onto the wording- ‘A cannon fired once more, at the blood red sky’ before making another remark “Mm... Leona, Victoria, and Mayan risked their lives...
