Velkyn tried picking up Rhorgvar like a child when he was defending the honor of another dwed.

The Wrong:

In a casual conversation Bill walked up to Belegar and proceeded to cuss out the dwarf and say "kill the gods that made you look like that cause oi know it ain't moi god", this can be verified by Deler and Circe.

 

Date of Wrongdoing:

10th of the Amber Cold, 238 S.A

 

Terms of Settlement:

The Empire of man must apprehend this man for either execution or shortening of the legs, or the assailant can pay a recompense of 10,000 minas. The death of the person will also end the grudge.

The Assailant:
Roger, Margrave of Drusco


The Wrong:
Roger for calling Pixtus short twice, once after being informed it was illegal in Alba to be racist and then denying the request of getting the Lord Marshal involved during the situation who could clarify the laws. Threatened to cut off Pixtus' head while pursuing Fjord who had insulted both Pixtus and Aech Frostbeard.

First offence:
"You are short. It is an observation"
Second offence after being informed it's against the law:
"You can run along back to your mountain, short man"


Date of Wrongdoing:
4th of Belka's Embrace, 239 S.A

Terms of Settlement:
The acknowledgement of wrongdoing, breaking Alban Laws, and an official written apology signed by the Assailant. The Assailant may choose instead to be stripped of nobility for their failure to adhere to laws set by the city in which they acted in.

The Wrong:

While I was in Haelunor with my son Aech, an elf approached and demanded we set aside our weapons. I told them plainly that it is against our culture, and I swore upon my honor that no trouble would come of it. Yet still, the elf dismissed us, mocking our kind by calling us 'walking beer barrels', and even went so far as to cast us out of their city, though we had shown no disrespect the entire time.

Sir Carolus grabbed Rhorgvar by his hair, and punched him in the face for simply squeezing by a group of people who were blocking the stairway with their conversation.

While visiting the capital of Urguan these two no good Furry tree rats attacked Bjornn Grandaxe for no reason at all then when Thriku attempted to protect his kinsdwarf they broke his nose and then said the honored dwed where the ones in the wrong

Date of Wrongdoing:

Year 261 of the Second Age, on the 11th of Grimdugan's Shroud

Terms of Settlement:
A full payment of 700 mina to the harmed dwedmar and a public apology or the cutting of both of the monkey people tails to be used as belts by the wrong dwed

The Wrong: The unprovoked murder of Akar Jewelbeard in Caurost, after he and two other dwarves protested the unjust blood tithe of the imperial authorities, whereupon Sir Arn cowardly butchered the unarmed dwarf with his carbarum axe. 

 

Date of Wrongdoing: The Grand Harvest, 264 of the S.A

 

Terms of Settlement: Decapitation, the removal of the swine's head from his body, to be goldcasted and placed atop a pike in the Shimmering Hall.

The acknowledgement of wrongdoing, payment of a fine of 20 mina to any dwarf living in Urguan, retraction of the statement, and selection of a dwarf as the proper "best miner of the Urguan Capital"

Baron von Schwanstein's daughter, Charlotte von Schwanstein made a legally binding contract for the creation of a necklace, the agreed upon price of this comission was 150 minas, when asked for the full payment of the debt, the Baron attempted to scam Belegar offering a mere thirty minas for his high quality craft.

the full debt of 150 minas paid to Belegar Grandaxe.
