Malin's Call Of Unity

"Having a drawing of only three of the four elven sub-races does not help this friend."

A mali'fenn monk folds the paper neatly and discards it into the ocean.

"We separated ourselves for various reasons and I fear bringing us together, even in a time such as this will only cause more bloodshed and infighting. In Anthos, the Princedom was pressured by The Conclave of Malinor to take action against the Scourge or else they would go to war with them. So wage war we did, and when Grand Prince Tundrak II received no aid from the Conclave, the people of Fenn were forced to move underground. Let us not repeat history.”

”The Mali’Fenn have been a lost cause for all of Arcas’ history, the Mali’ker are a shattered people who would rather put the future of their race at risk  than to swallow their egos.” stated a certain Mali’ker, wandering around Arcas on his own. “Maybe there is hope however, maybe our kin can finally unite under one banner at last.” The Red eye’d Dark Elf turned around on the desolate road he had been travelling for many days now, deciding it would be time to seek out this Cyrus.

Valorin grabs the flyer and reads it slowly, with care in a way that permits words to sink in.

The Mali’thill folds the flyer neatly and puts it away in his satchel. “Another attempt at so-called unity? The days of Malin are long gone and this will bring further death and war to the Fair Folk.

Seated far off, Ceru’lenniel lets the paper down on his desk with a sigh. The young scholar slowly rises from his chair, pacing out across the courtyard just outside as he thinks.
”The days of Malin are gone for near two-thousand years. True unity has never been seen since the first days. If we wish to move forward, we can’t keep claiming to serve a dead king. If we wish to unify, we can’t cling to dead days.”
