Anti-Bribery ACT OF 346 ES
Introduced in the Duma.

An act to criminalize bribery of officials.

INTRODUCTION

Bribery shall be defined as the offering, giving, soliciting, or receiving of any item of value as a means of influencing the actions of an individual holding a public or legal duty.

2. A new law shall be enshrined in the Haurul Caezk:

426: On Bribery
426.01: The crime of trying to bribe an official of Haense or a member of the Haense Royal Army shall constitute a severe offence
426.02: The crime of accepting a bribe as an official of Haense or a member of the Haense Royal Army shall constitute a severe offence
