This badge is the hardest one the scouts have had to do yet! They had to listen to their bodies and take care of them.

You only get one body! As the activity, they drew how their bodies felt in that moment and shared them.

We also brainstormed different ways to support your body being healthy. Some key ideas were “Eat healthily!” “Dance more!” “Sleep!”
