Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska 3325 Share Posted January 3, 2021 QUEEN'S COUNCIL & CURATOR EDICT KRUSAE ZWY KONGZEM Issued by THE CROWN On this 15th of Gronna and Droba of 354ES In recognizing the changing nature in which cultural, educational and social duties are carried out by the Aulic Government, the Crown sees fit to publish this Edict to officially codify the Queen’s Council, abolish the position of Royal Curator, and distribute the duties of the Office of the Curator. ARTICLE I: Abolishment of the Royal Curator Section 209 of the Haurul Caezk shall be removed. ARTICLE II: Codification of the Queen’s Council The Queen’s Council, under the direction of the Koenas of Hanseti-Ruska, shall be officially codified as the governmental body assuming some of the duties of the Royal Curator; The Jura i Zem of the Haurul Caezk shall be amended to provide as follows:219: The Queen’s Council219.01: The Queen’s Council, to be directed and composed at the discretion of the Queen of Hanseti-Ruska, shall be the branch of the Aulic Government responsible for social, cultural and educational aspects of Hanseti-Ruska, and their duties shall include:219.011: Maintenance of the Royal Palace and its inhabitants;219.012: The hosting of frequent social events celebrating the culture and history of Hanseti-Ruska;219.013: The frequent publishing of materials promoting the culture and history of Hanseit-Ruska.219.014: Maintenance of the Royal Court, its ceremonies, and traditions. ARTICLE III: Karosgrad Academy The Karosgrad shall be directed by the Hauchdragus; The Hauchdragus shall, absent a suitable governing office, operate within the Office of the Palatine; The Hauchdragus shall, with the support of the Palatin of Hanseti-Ruska, operate and staff the Karosgrad Academy as they see fit.
