Introduced in the Duma.

 

An act to make stalking a criminal offence.

INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this bill is to make the act of stalking a criminal offense.

 

I. Necessary Definitions

-        Stalking: The act of wilfully and repeatedly watching, following, or harassing another person.

 

II. Amendments

-        The following shall be added to the Haural Caezk:

 

438: Stalking

            438.01: The crime of stalking another person shall constitute a middling offence.

            438.02: Repeated offences shall constitute a severe offence.
