A meeting of the lords and ladies of Orenian Society c. 1813

The Institution, run by the Lady Governess and the Majordomo of the Augustine, is a system put in place so that young boys and girls can find guardians to learn from in childhood. Oftentimes young lords and ladies have trouble finding a nice fit for their apprenticeships, and the palace wishes to relieve you from such. Any elder ladies or lords wishing to take wards should sign up for the institution so that they may be assigned wards.

The institution works as follows: once all of the guardians and children have sent letters to the palace wishing to take on apprenticeships, the Governess and Majordomo will assign young lords and ladies with elders of similar standing.

Signed,

HER EXCELLENCY Anna Henrietta d’Arkent, Governess of the Augustine and Baroness-dowager of Carrington

THE HONORABLE Mary Casimira d’Arkent, Majordomo of the Augustine

Valent would go through his curly hair with his fingers as he read the missive, exclaiming. "I shall contribute - particularly in my knowledge of Law and Politics!" He'd smile as started writing reply to the Palace.
