Trespass Redefinition Bill of 374 ES

Introduced in the Duma.

 

An act to redefine the crime of trespassing.

 


 

 

INTRODUCTION

The current definition of trespass in the Haurul Caezk provides a loophole that could be exploited by criminals to avoid punishment. This bill aims to close this loophole.

 

I. Necessary Definitions

- Trespass: being on private property when not explicitly given permission

 

II. Amendments

- The Haurul Caezk shall be amended to the following:

 

413.01: The crime of intentionally breaking into a private property where the offender does not have permission to be shall constitute a minor offence.
