clonky 1976 Share Posted July 27, 2021 A PROVIDENTIAL FUTURE Lady Maude FitzPeter Vilac 1830 Mayoral Run A portrait of Maude by Margaux Ostrovich (Unbaed) To the people of Providence. Our country has known peace for some years, but within the minds of our good citizens do simmer thoughts of change and reformation. We must ask ourselves, Do we need change? The answer is always a straightforward affirmation. Without constant change or improvement, how shall society prolong its lifespan? The quest for providence is unending, and the Tapestry of Man is yet incomplete. In solitude our people do thrive, and we must now direct our thoughts inward to our Providence. In the year of 1830 we do announce the candidacy of Maude FitzPeter to the Mayoralty of the City, whose thoughts turn to the grand rejuvenation of our Charter. ❃ POLICIES ❃ A NEW OREN in which we stand. Not only does this include interior affairs, but it also includes exterior. We mustn’t focus entirely on the bustling of Providence, but also the organization. As it stands, the architectural foundations of our Heart are lacking organization, with most of our government buildings scattered about, leaving no strict center for government or daily proceedings. ORENIAN MAN SIMPLICITY states that our known and regular Orenian Man should be subject to easier establishment unto Providence’s own focuses. This includes a new understanding and settlement on law, making it easier for the common man to interpret, and also extending out to the regular newcomer to have better established settlement in Oren and Providence alike. Proposing a visitor center alike for those newer to our lands. STANCE ON SCIENCES include that education should be prime in our want for Providence and other Orenian holds alike. Not only does it include a broader spectrum for those studying sciences, but also offers a betterment for our education away from any type of sciences as well. Whether it be establishment into politics, teaching the children of our growing Empire to read and write, or conducting field experiments with the professionals, an establishment for schooling should be a priority. RIGHTFUL HONORATION of the men and women of our Empire. Statues that do not serve a good purpose or location shall be removed and remade into better location and also grandiose architecture. To honor our past persons of Orenia, we should provide a more suitable memorial and or statue, ridding of the old and providing new. HONOUR THEM who have woven the Tapestry of Man. Erect the statues of Daniel, John, Aurelius and Peter. Let it be testament to the might of the Empire and the unfathomable depth of our history. The Lady Mayor will endeavour to see it done, that we honour our ancestors, in a grand display of our Tapestry. Upon these policies, As Maude FitzPeter, I hope to continue to concur with the majority, listen to the citizens of our dear Oren and the Heart alike, and allow room for change to prosper. In times of peace we do not mean to ease, rather we should be extensively working to better what we have now. Improvement does not stop, nor shall we as people. Not only should my policies improve the future generations, it shall also affect our current. Let us look forward to the future GOD has laid out for our children, our relatives, and the men and women of Orenia alike. helldiving 5793 Share Posted July 27, 2021 Antonius would find the policies to be impeccable, such ideas were most remarkable and within the confines of his mind, he knew this was the right path to take for the ever-growing bastion of humanity that was Providence; only with one's vision and talent to take on the mantle of creation of this ever promised and yearned providential future. "Well, she certainly has my vote - that is without a doubt." He'd remark to a congregation, an entourage of some friends and associates after reading through the document and admiring the beauty within the depiction of his wife that adorned most eloquently-put publication.
