Following the announcements at His Majesty's most recent proceedings of court an inaugural celebration is in order. Per Imperial tradition with the rise of a new Augustinian Governess, Lady Mary Casimira of Carrington, calls for a ball in the new Lady Governess’ honour. The night will begin with an address from Her Excellency, the Governess, regarding the future of the court. Once the ball has begun food will be served and the jovial celebration for the revitalization of the courts may begin!

On par with the night's overall theme the guests are requested to don some sort of blue flower, weather it be in the hair or all over one’s suit does not matter but the new Governess asks all guests to have one of some sort to symbolize the new beginnings and to commemorate the late Princess Imperial.

Signed,

Her Excellency, Mary Casimira of Carrington

Governess of the Augustine

Louise Antoinette Halcourt has once again bought a new gown for the occasion, although the gown is reminiscent of the Petrine Era. Trying on this swagged, floral blue gown, she’d be ready for the ball.

Somewhere on some beach a Rhenyari woman smiles, her heart filled with pride. The second female governess in history belonging to her own daughter.

She leaned over to show her husband, who of course had been the Governor prior. After tapping her chin she quietly said.

”Perhaps I should pay Mary a visit. This is a big deal!”

Rosemary Cooper looks to her godmother Amelia Leslie. “Do I need a new dress for the ball?” the young girl inquires. She is excited to begin her duties as handmaiden of the new Governess.

Amelia Leslie smiles down to her niece. “You may wear whatever you like, so long as it fits within court fashion. I will begin making you a lovely dress” she hums, grabbing her worn down and heavily used sketchbook to begin the design.
