Dissolution of the Mareno Contract

11th of Horen’s Calling, 1857

TO ALL OUR LOVING AND FAITHFUL SUBJECTS OF WHAT DEGREE AND RANK SOEVER,

With the House Mareno betrayal agains the crown and the abandonment of Myrine, the Principality of Savoy has seen fit to relinquish Myrine and the Marenos from their duties and obligations to the crown and Savoyard lands.  Balthazar III Mareno, Marquis of Myrine, continues to uphold his titles and is released from his oaths. He is no longer bound by duty to keep law and order within his holdings, upholding the rule of the ruling dynasts, serving the Savoyard Crown dutifully, and to raise his sword in defense of the Principality due to him remaining uninvolved.

IN NOMINE DEI,

HER ROYAL HIGHNESS, Catherine Johanna, Princess Regent of Savoy and Princess of Sutica, Duchess-regent of Corazon, Countess of San Luciano and Sarissa, Baroness of Brynnrose

"Corruption most foul, a mentally ill woman- this means nothing. If she dares try to enforce it- prince's will or not.. so GOD help me." Rasped Caderina.

"Don't worry, the document is a lie. The woman who wrote apparently wrote this was assassinated while the discussion was still taking place. She never wrote anything during that time. Praise be to Prince Lucien!" says Bult Wick, mounting on his horse and heading off back to Haense
