The Elvendom Glaiveguard had been summoned by their Elysian allies, so they had answered their call. One hundred and ten Elven soldiers had rallied to Elysium's aid, ready for whatever awaited them. Upon entering, an Orc tribute party had entered the square, with Elysian soldiers confused to the situation. The Elven Glaiveguard faced insult after insult, each one braved and every soldier unmoving at the threats. As the diplomatic proceedings began, the Elves went from insulted to assaulted, one orc of the tribute party pushing Vydrek Volaren down the stairs as he tried to pass the orc blockade. Swords began to be drawn,

Blood was ready to be spilt on the stairs of the palace.

Led by Prince Kosher Daesmon, Vallein Vuln’miruel, and Vydrek Volaren of Elvenesse, all the orcs were slaughtered, some even saying massacred for their actions by the Elven forces and his might, with the Elysians staying out of this conflict of interest, even in the place they called home. Crimes and wounds of tribute not forgotten, but forgiven, now laid reopen, waiting for the swords to be drawn once more by old enemies.

The Orcs paid in blood for their sins.

For Elvendom, for the West.

Dante winced upon reading the missive. Perhaps I overestimated the orcs.. or is it that I underestimated the Elves? I'm unsure at this point, frankly.

High Prince Evar'tir Oranor scans a incident report with his morning coffee, briefly regarding a mounted longsword, of which King Kairn Ithelanen had used to sever U'la'Yar's head from her body eras prior. "Their instability begets international strife, yet again. A pity, really." He lamented to his wife in the early morn'.

Hearing the news from abroad, a beautiful tanned sailor ponders. "Foreigners to the Elysian citystate took matters of Elysian and Krugmenistani diplomacy into their own hands? How can the Elysians accept Elvenesse's affronts to their sovereignty?" He considers the troubles of mainland politics before he shrugs, pushing the thoughts from his mind as he returns to bringing up nets of his catch for his beautiful comrades

Aech groans slightly. Why do the countries I am allied with, or have friends in, keep fighting each other?

"Dramáticos todos," the Hyspian lass sighed as read over the missive. "Bloodshed causes problems, not solving them. Cuándo aprenderán? It doesn't seem like anytime soon." A laugh escaped her, shaking her head. "Que lastima."

On the other hand, Esmèe Gabrielle de Astrea was disappointed in her home nation. She couldn't believe Elysium allowed a foreigner slaughter innocent orcs during a PEACEFUL diplomatic meeting. Maybe leaving home wasn't such a bad idea after all.
