The Ebonwood Feast

Welcoming the forthcoming spring of the Ebonwood

I am very excited to announce the first Ebonwood feast, which will be held in the base of the tree-palace in ilandria. This feast will honour and celebrate our achievements, our community and most of all, our stomachs. Food and drink will be readily available to all guests, as will games and prizes. Guests will be provided the chance to show off their archery skills in a friendly competition to see who will be crowned the ‘Champion of the String’. First, second and third will be rewarded with prizes of various types. I look forward to seeing everyone there!

Curiosity flourishing the invitation he plucked it from the ground and pulled it from its envelop. Reading the text with a cock of a brow as he saw the details and then the sheer list of royals. "Well this certainly sounds like aye fancy get together ain't it? Wonder if me niece Wyn or Ver are gonna be hosting it..." Interest spiked he walked over to the side and attached the invitation onto a branch of the tree for anyone else from the seed hall to see.

Veronna noticed the invitation and hummed happily as she read the words, "Finally, something that is not a meeting.. About damn time." With that she leaves the invitation on the table and hurries over to her closet, once more contemplating on what she could wear.

Wyn reviews the invite while puffing away at a cigarette, muttering as she scribbles an unrelated letter to her extended family.

Kin would read the invite with a smile before picking it up and taking it to the rest of the council "We got an invite!" he said waving it while he walked in the door with a childlike wonder before showing it to them

Aver'wyn R'Ikarth de Melphestaus scans the missive, smiling, "Oh, lovely. It will be nice to have so many people together in a celebration of sorts." The tired elf turns, off to seek her children to see if they would be in attendance. 

 

Elora Daemyar de Melphestaus reads the missive very slowly, scanning each letter and sounding out each word. "I like food, especially Dad's." Her eyes widen as she scans the many, many, names, "That's a lotta people....". The child scampers off through the streets of Illandria, off to seek her father, mother, or one of her siblings, whoever she stumbled across first.
