Terms of the Contract

Both sides - the Isles of Daeland and Vilkomirs Banner - agree to the following terms of the contract, and fully acknowledge the fact of it being hereditary within the leadership ranks.

- Following contract is indefinite, unless either of the sides decides to terminate it.

- Termination of the contract can be done only by the ruling leaders of both sides.

- Termination of the contract has to be discussed beforehand and proper terms need to be accepted, with possible reimbursement for any material or non-material losses for the aggrieved side.

- Any infringements on the Terms or Obligations from either of the sides should be discussed by the leaders, and proper actions taken to reimburse the aggrieved side.

- Following contract needs to be renewed upon the death of any of the leaders, else it will be considered as terminated.

Company Obligations

Vilkomirs Banner is obligated to:

- Take the role of Guards of Daeland, being responsible for enacting their law and ensuring safety of Daelish citizens.

- Take part in offensive and defensive wars on behalf of Isles of Daeland, acting as an active army in all manners required.

- Provide the current ruler of Daeland with a retinue of personal guards.

- Aid the current ruler of Daeland in reconstruction of the town, as well as aid in revival of the title by means of people, workforce, and army.

- Settle the land of Daeland, establishing their headquarters there for the duration of the contract.

- Send at least one representative to major events held in Daeland, as well as major events to which Daeland is officially invited. 

- Actively assist new citizens in settling the land, as well as receiving proper housing and jobs.

- Provide proper discounts for Daelish citizens in Company owned workshops and craft.

Daelish Obligations

Active ruler of the Isles of Daeland is obligated to:
- Provide Vilkomirs Banner with land to establish their headquarters, granting them full right to manage it at their own will.

- Allow Vilkomirs Banner to uphold their religious and cultural traditions within the entire land of the Isles of Daeland.
- Respect the right of Vilkomirs Banner Company to take on other contracts, as long as they don’t infringe on the political situation of The Isles of Daeland.

- Provide the active Vojvodz of Vilkomirs Banner with the Daelish Council rank.

- Grant company members the ability to open up their workshops and establish trades at their own desire, controlled by the company.

- Ensure to grow their title and land with help of Vilkomirs Banner. If in time of the entire Iskras month no major success will be seen, Vojvodz can demand for the title of Daeland to be handed over to him, to which the active ruler of the Isles of Daeland is forced to submit.
