As the Haeseni wedding season proceeds in full swing, Lord Maric var Ruthern and Lady Isabel Baruch are pleased to announce to those of Hanseti-Ruska and their companions that a date has been decided upon for their impending nuptials. With their union, a pledge between the ducal houses of Ruthern and Baruch will be near satisfaction.

I. CEREMONY
To take place in the month of Gronna ag Droba of 423 ES within the Basilica of St. Heinrik, the heiress and her betrothed shall be united in matrimony beneath God’s watchful eyes. An invitation is extended to all citizens of the Dual-Kingdom as witnesses of their union, where attendees after shall make their way to the lands of Valwyck for further revelry.

 

II. A GRAND CELEBRATION
Once within the holding, a customary feast will be held on the shores of Lake Voron alongside traditionally Ayrian festivities to mark the Baruch half of a promise. A drunken brawl shall be encouraged for the brawniest in attendance, followed by a period of relaxation on the waters where hopeful couples are encouraged to fish together for the same affection our wedded lovers share; though a purse of minae shall of course be offered to those who return with the finest catch. Children and youthful spirits may have their faces painted, and will have a selection of Ayrian goods to purchase during their stay in remembrance of the occasion.

Karl Sigmar grinned heartily for his good friend, Maric var Ruthern, and his... Sometimes friend, Isabel Baruch. "I can't believe Maric is getting married. I had surely thought he was going to end up an old travelling hermit. I am so glad for him!"

"FINALLY" Amadea let out, rapidly smacking the Ginger Baruch with her invite as she delivered it, the Basrid rather exasperated by the length of the engagement

Adele Emma Ludovar smiles with bright pride as she reads the invitation sent to her family, wiping away the happy tears staining her cheeks for her friend's marriage. Though he tearful joy is swiftly snuffed out and replaced with wide eyes when she notices that both Matyas and Angelika were personally invited, in her mind it being one or the other - not both.

Saoirse Baruch cleaned her hands of paint, gazing through the window above the wash basin. Day had dawned clear and bright, with perfect lighting for painting on the shores of Lake Voron, but for her sister, Saoirse would pack away her paints and cease being a shut-in.

 

Now, if only she could find a dress...

Dorothea Isabel immediately stormed up to Maric's room in Vidaus, urging to mock him. "Ea never thought this day would come!" She called out from the other side of the door, ushering herself off with a snarky giggle.
