TO celebrate the construction and founding of Whitewater, Ser Louis Staunton, Baron of Whitewater, has called for a day of celebration and games that all are invited to join!

 

Three events will be held during the tournament, an archery competition, a free-for-all melee, and finally a joust. To join any of the competitions an entrance fee of ten mina is required that will fund the tournament rewards.

Archery Competition

 

 

Overview

 The red target will score the contestant 1 point.

The blue target will score the contestant 2 points.

The green target will score the contestant 3 points.

The contestant has thirty seconds after their first shot to finish the competition.

 

Rules

 Each contestant will have five arrows.

You cannot hit the same target twice in a row.

You must stand below the archway on the red mat.

 

 

Reward

 The victor of the Archery Competition will take home 20% of the total tournament pot.

The Melee

 

Overview

All who enter the Melee will fight at once in a free-for-all with the last man standing winning the competition.

The contestants are expected to provide their own weapons and armor.

 

Rules

 Lethal blows are strictly prohibited. (No popping)

If knocked down during the fight you may not re-enter.

Ranged weapons are not allowed.

 

 

Reward

The victor of the melee will receive 30% of the tournament pot.

The Joust

 

 

Overview

The joust will be organized into a random bracket announced shortly before the tournament begins.

Each match will be a best of three, with the first rider to be unhorsed twice being defeated.

Contestants in the joust are expected to provide their own horse and lance.

 

Rules

The round ends when the first person is knocked from their horse.

 Lethal blows are strictly prohibited. (No popping)

Only a lance may be used during the joust

Ranged weapons are not allowed.

 

 

Reward

The champion of the joust will take 40% of the tournament prize pool.

To finish off the day's events a feast will be held in Whitewater castle to celebrate the victors of the day.
