Reason for wanting to join the Academy?: Ember has a thirst for knowledge, many have seen this thrust but always wanted to learn and grow as one of the many mages in this world. Not as a bad one but one where she could become of use when the time came. Though she fears large crowds she continues to strive to find a place where they too also commune with her. Magic was always a thing in her life, since child hood, when her mother read her books of fantasies, of groups of adventurous folks, who had a wizard amongst them. She wanted to be a gift wielder for so long, she admired the mage who cleansed the lands of the voidal corruption with her fire magic. And in her youth chased after it, seeing if one day she can too wield gifts like that.
