Description

 

Grace von Draco - dark black hair, light blue eyes, and pale skin. They wear a red bandana, and dark plated armor.

 

Other members affiliated with the von Dracos wear similar dark plated armor and red bandanas.

 

 

 

CHARGES 

202.01 - On Assault 

 

202.01A - Where an individual intentionally makes an unlawful attempt, coupled with a present ability, to commit a violent injury on the person of another, this shall be assault, a misdemeanor. 

 

202.02 - On Battery 

 

202.02A - Where an individual intentionally commits upon another an unlawful act of violence which brings about lasting but not permanent injury, incapacitates for any length of time, or utilizes a dangerous weapon, this shall be battery, a misdemeanor.

 

202.04 - On Murder 

 

202.04A - Where an individual intentionally commits such an act of violence upon another which brings about their death, with or without premeditation, a felony. 

 

203.01 - On Theft 

 

203.01A - Where an individual intentionally deprives another of moveable property without the consent of its owner, and this property totals less than fifty minas in value, this shall be theft in the third degree, an infraction. 

 

203.01B - Where an individual intentionally deprives another of moveable property without the consent of its owner, and this property totals greater than fifty minas but less than five hundred minas in value, this shall be theft in the second degree, a misdemeanor. 

 

203.01C - Where an individual intentionally deprives another of moveable property without the consent of its owner, and this property totals greater than five hundred minas in value, this shall be theft in the first degree, a felony. 

 

203.02 - On Burglary 

 

203.02A - Where an individual unlawfully enters an uninhabited property this shall be burglary in the second degree, a misdemeanor.

 

203.02B - Where an individual unlawfully enters an inhabited property, this shall be burglary in the first degree, a felony. 

 

The von Draco family, namely Grace von Draco and her affiliated family members, were caught assaulting peers of the realm, and banditting the brother of the Margrave, and the Baronet of Westfall. Furthermore, they have been caught in theft and breaking down property.

There does he stand on the roof of Crestwatch, the cold, shawl of snow coating the colossal - historic keep of the von Draco's. Gale violently rushed through the blackened atmosphere, none other than Donny von Draco revealing himself through the mighty snowstorm. In his icy hands laid the crumbled missive, a clenched fist carefully leaning over the jagged edge to eventually drop the tattered parchment into the wintry
landscape below. 

"Now this..." 

The boy finally spoke, voice barely echoing through the confines of his crimson red mask, and the nightly howls of a brutal wind.

Commander Argus von Draco sits in the old keep of Crestwatch and keeps going through many letters he continues to receive about the actions of his family. "Last time they attempted to arrest me it got absolutely nowhere, how come they think this will be any different?" A smile forms on his features as he considers alternate approaches to the situation.

The Aged Duke of Azor read over the public missive within his estate with a scoff. "Grace? Not a chance..." The man grumbled, remembering very well the last investigation and the conscience of the Romstun woman. "I am sure she's done nothing wrong."

Jakodi Bartham reads over the public missive chuckling at the sorry sight, he reaches for his longsword with a wide evil grin under his red mask. "Rastahman, good luck catching us" he would murmur, slashing his blood-stained sword ruining the missive before dashing away on his steed with another dead Orenian binded on the back.
