For nearly two years, the Knights of Haense have lacked proper leadership since Ser Reinhardt Barclay’s retirement from the Aulic position of Knight Paramount, thus leaving the order with no established direction or guidance. As such, the Crown deems it both necessary and fit to finally appoint a new Knight Paramount in Ser Reinhardt’s stead to revitalise the Knightly Orders. 

 

After much deliberation and discussion between the members of the Aulic Council, the Crown formally appoints Ser Walton “The Wall” to the position of Knight Paramount to further the Order in its ambitions and protection of our realm. 

 

The Crown hopes that appointing Ser Walton will allow the Knightly Orders to flourish under his guiding hand so that the Knights may continue their dutiful service to the Kingdom and its denizens alike. May he serve long and serve well, for the Crown wishes him success in his newfound position. The Crown does therefore call Ser Walton to enter into the final ceremony of the Knight Paramount in the Drowning of the Blades. Due to the issues within the woods of the Krusev forest, this ceremony shall take place within the port of Karosgrad.
