Hello denizens of Aegis. I'm writing this while the Library I am in is closing. I have moved into a new apartment from my old hostel home in Brno. For that reason there have not been any major updates in the past week or so simply because the Lead Developer and coder of LoTC has been quite busy. However, the developers have been hard at work with LoTC 2.0 that will be the next huge installment into the World of LoTC. We're hoping for it's release to be bigger and more incredible than when LoTC first released and we are sure everyone is looking forward to a brand new world, with new mechanics, lore and systems.

We will be releasing a myriad of updates while we work on LoTC 2.0 and the Lore is constantly evolving and the world expanding through the hard work and enjoyment of our players and staff. It's been incredible, achieving the player numbers we have achieved with only a 5% acceptance rate means that we have a truly dedicated community. No white-listed server gets the amount of players we do and we're sure that there is no server with such quality and depth. We are proud to be the staff behind this incredible achievement and to have such a loving and supporting community such as yourself.

I will have a internet connection by the 12th of October for those who have noticed my absence. I'll still log in daily through various forms to continue development.

How can you afford to pay for this server yet you had to live in a hostel until now? A house is better than a server. (Maybe hostel is different for you but here hostels are where people living on the streets go.)

It's exciting, I joined just at the right time, enough to learn everything I need to before the new world starts. I've also really gotten into the lore aspects, I'm interested to see where it goes having just really read it all.

If you guys need help building anything for the new map, I'd be glad to build and send schematics your way.

Also Hostels make a lot of sense if you're still looking for the right apartment. Rather live in a hostel for a while than be stuck with an apartment too expensive/inconvenient.

Still, Av's dedication to this server is amazing, still keeping in touch even though he's in a major move. It'd make me so much more willing to donate; keep that problem off his back at least.
