Despite the civil conflict on our Thaindom and the positions of Government that befall beneath that very Thaindom there has been an individual that seeks nought any benefit for the Shire’s bounds.

 

I mean to speak on the ‘Excrement Bandit’ the ‘Piss Bandit’ or however this heathen might be known across the shire’s bounds, and pray that my fellow wee-folk shall hear this cry; If you know anything about the possible identity of this individual please do inform the Sheriff's office as soon as you are able.

To some, this bandit may appear like a ‘Vigilante of Properness’ as most of the bandits' victims are those wee-folk that have decided to lock their doors, chests, barrels, or whatever other improper actions they’ve embraced.”
