The kids giggling and running about, the adolescents laughing and taunting, the men and women of Balian walking down hand in hand to wherever they may go, the graceful desert birds chirping in the Balian sun, the knights proud and tall on top of their gallant steeds. The soldiers walk and talk of victory thus making everyone’s hearts beam at the sigh of their nation in happiness and in valor. The signs of life and joy seem to pervade the scene. It calls to you and to others to join in on this scene of happiness. 

 

And then there is you, leaning back on a market stall or in your villa on a balcony overlooking the scene of happiness as it spreads onto you. But where is this scene of liveliness happening? It’s happening on a public street in Balian, a street named after you. A scene of happiness occurring in a place that carries your name. 

 

And so, we the Procurators Office of Balian invite all and one and you to join in this opportunity. We hereby pronounce the creation of the Balian street Auction, an auction to have a street named after you, a street that has the innate ability to bring scenes of happiness and joy to all those who will use this street in their daily lives. 

 

And so, we ask that all come to partake in this to be part of maintaining our streets but to also maintain the happiness and greatness of our fair city of Atrus. 

 

The bidding will start at 100 minas per street, with each bid to follow after carrying a value of at least 25 minas over that of the last preceding one, please make communication (by bird or meeting) towards Countess Johanne Vuiller in regards to such.
